We had a great time on our first trip to Deep Creek Lake! Our room was great, despite the view of the parking lot (probably will upgrade next time..). Kids loved tramping up and down the spiral staircase, but I feel bad for anyone staying below. Also, while this didn't effect us, the loft in the room was quite warm. We had a few cool days but could still feel the heat up at the top: an a/c unit installed in the ceiling would be a welcome, if expensive, upgrade. Overall, we liked the bare-bones style amenities of the hotel but think adding breakfast (paid or built into the room rate) would be a wise decision... they certainly have the room for it!

We have stayed at the Suites at Silver Tree numerous times and have never had a bad experience. Cannot say enough good things about the accommodations and the staff.

The room I stayed in was very nice -room 314 building A. My room faced the parking lot but the view was very nice. I enjoyed going out back and walking down to the water. The view if the lake and mountains across was spectacular. I loved the fireplace in the room. Great location. Staff was very friendly. The couch needs updating. The couch in the loft was nicer than the one on the main floor. I was there in October- perfect setting for my one night getaway.

This was our very first experience with Deep Creek and we were amazed! This was a little Getaway for myself, my Sisters and my Niece. We loved it here. The Staff were helpful and friendly. We have decided to make this a new yearly Christmas tradition. See you next time.

Great place to stay. It was cozy, clean, and cute. We all enjoyed our stay.

The staff were really great and the suite was a perfect place for our one night ski getaway.
